1.面粉加适量温水(大约4:1的比例)、酵母揉到光滑,放在温暖处盖上湿布发酵(有面包机的朋友按照4杯面、1杯水,1.5小勺酵母,用发面档操作即可)

2.将发酵好的面团擀成薄面片,刷上一层植物油(也可以抹上猪油),均匀地撒上椒盐、芝麻粉、葱花、火腿粒

3.卷成长条状

6.取一组拉长并拧成麻花状

7. 圈成环状,两头塞入环中央

8.冷水上锅,在锅内再次发酵10-15分钟,大火蒸20分钟 ,关火后3分钟出锅。
